1. Where We Ship:

We currently ship throughout New Zealand.

2. Handling Time:

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. If you place an order after 2:00 PM (GMT+12:00) New Zealand Standard Time (Auckland), we will process it on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time frames:

Shipping within New Zealand

• All orders: The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days.

4. Shipping Costs:

• Nationwide Shipping (Rural) = $13.00
• Nationwide Shipping (Urban) = $8.00

5. Shipping Carriers:

We use multiple shipping carriers including New Zealand Couriers, Post Haste to ensure reliable delivery.

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number along with a link so you can follow your package online.
